Who do you think should be the Designated Survivor (s) in the Government?

I mean The States government primarily.

A Designated Survivor is a Cabinet member, chosen by the President, to be at a secure location, in case of mass casualties including most or all of the Government ministers.
This person is next in line of succession for presidency.

Each party in the Cabinet can have its own Designated Survivor. That person represents the party in case the whole of party gets wiped out.

A Designated Survivor is sworn in as a President under the Continuity of Government Act.
