How's russia a dictatorship with so many beautiful women and vodka?

There are everything in the Russia:

Hottest women, plenty of vodka, natural gas and best weapons and army.

But why is russia a very hard country to live in then? What makes russia a dictatorship?

Because being an oppressive government has nothing to do with that stuff? A dictator isn't going to care about how beautiful women in their country is and I doubt you will as well when the police arrests your family. Russia has on of the highest rates of suicide, drug/alcohol abuse, and violent crime in Europe. Russia, as well as the rest of Eastern Europe, has more women then men. That makes the dating market for women, more competitive. I recall reading that "In Russia a good man is a man who’s not an alcoholic and who doesn’t beat you."
