When you have sex with someone, you are consenting to the fact that you could get pregnant. Rape is when someone else forces you to have sex without your permission, leaving you no choice as to whether you want to be pregnant or not.

@NoUsernameSelected I invite you to watch George Carlin's bit about abortion which sums up fairly well my thoughts on the topic. Some people care so much about life in the womb but suddenly don't care about this same life once they're born because it's just another person.

That said, I'm aware that not everyone is like that and I respect people who have a consistent view on this topic.

I completely understand the pro-abortion stance, that's why I'm at it.
But I don't think you understand the pro-life stance. They care that you have the chance to make something about your life, if someone kills you, they want to punish the person who took away your chance. Now if you couple this with life beginning at conception, that's what it is to be against abortion. Nobody is allowed to rob someone of the chance to find happiness, but the person itself is responsible to find happiness, nobody else.

How about helping people who are already in this world before putting your nose in someone else's uterus to tell them what they should and should not do?
