There's extensive information about the Democratic party's shenanigans in the 2016 primaries and Hillary's control, not only over the DNC, but over other government institutions. She was like the top capo of government mob with her connections to the State Department, FBI and CIA leadership.

Democrat voters favored Bernie by a wide majority, but the DNC, with its msm apparatus and other connections scoffed at its own constituents and at the very principal of democracy.

That was many years ago so I have no idea what happened. However, I do know that those in power will do anything and violate any law or rule to maintain control. Therefore, if Hillary and her supporters were in control of the democratic party, and it looked like Bernie might win, they would do whatever was necessary to rig the voting to get the nomination.
