I mean, I guess USA because I’m already here and it’s familiar to me. Although that would depend on the region of the country I was in. Certain areas, I think I’d prefer to roll the dice and see what the UK and Ireland have to offer. Biggest thing for me is the food. I don’t really know what British and Irish cuisine is like, I don’t know if I’d like it or not, I’m very picky even with our offerings in America.
I'm in USA now and happy to be here. If I were to move to another country, it would either be Australia or The Netherlands.

I choose the country that millions are risking their lives to get into.

Of the choices.
Northumberland, England
Ireland
then California US.
I choose US because I grew up here and used to it. All the business, pop culture, hot/cool people are HERE. UK does NOT attract me AT ALL. Accent sucks, weather sucks, food sucks, people suck. It's a stupid country.
Out of that bad bunch I'm staying in the UK.
I plan on staying and try to fix this broken country.
Whichever you are used for most people, I'd imagine
UK or Ireland.
I've never been been to those other places.
Either USA or Ireland. Hell no UK.
Ireland. Nice place to live.
USA baby.
