Victim mindset bullshit. She is receiving flak because her incompetence and lack of leadership and solutions on her designated tasks, much less her personal staff has proven to be a clusterfuck of epic proportions.

Regardless of skin color, SHE took the role as VP, so SHE is responsible for what her tasks are and what she accomplishes or fails to do. Her race is the last issue causing these problems. If she can't move on beyond blaming her race as her shortcoming and excuse for her struggles, she has no position being VP which she wasn't qualified for to begin with.
