How come cops only solve cold cases of the past for the white people, but I rarely ever hear of any old cases being solved for minorities (& Asians)?

It happened on the TV show Cold Case that they solved the murders of people of color. I don't know enough about the facts to know if you’re right irl or not.

Because historical racism means the cases just weren't given the budget needed to investigate and at best half a case is impossible to solve with a DNA breakthrough
