Well first of all you are linking to a story from a 'Christian News' network, so not a particularly good start.

Secondly you are completely misrepresenting the situation, she isn't being charged with having voiced an opinion in an appropriate forum, she is being charged for directly attacking a specific person who has rights protected in the law.

If you want to disagree with those rights, you can do that.

So stop pretending that this is something which it isn't.

Her right to express her opinions is protected by that same legal system.
