He wasn't arrested for opposing gender ideology. He was arrested for trespassing after coming back to the school he was suspended from. The kid is a political activist and was looking for drama just to get famous off this for his cause.

No you should not arrest people for opposing gender ideology, for on thing they make up the vast majority of the North American population do not believe in it and you ould not have the capacity in the courts and prisons to deal with the numbers.
And the arrest Josh Alexander was for trespass.
He shared opinions in a class at St. Joseph's Catholic High School in Renfrew, Ontario, the comments that got him into trouble were made during a class discussion about gender in which the Teacher took umbrage at his comments that he would not recant, St. Joseph's Principal Derek Lennox he could only return to school if he agreed to not use the "dead name" of any transgender student and agreed to exclude himself from his two afternoon classes because those classes are attended by two transgender students who disapprove of Alexander's religious beliefs.
The exclusion order against Alexander is being appealed and he also filing a human rights complaint with the Ontario Human Rights Tribunal.
Sex: Male and Female, therefore gender is Male and Female. Gender is a social construct and that doesn't mean that one can apply moral relativistic thinking to it and make descriptors up because it suits the individual preference.
