What are some mostly white places where I can raise a family?

What are some nice, upcoming areas where the demographics are mostly non-hispanic white and upper-middle class? A suburban type environment with good community and good to raise a family?

I live in a decently nice area in Tennessee that is mostly white, but the demographics are shifting over the years.

It is sad. I am from the South, and I once lived outside of Atlanta that was pretty nice. Now, that area is overrun by the "others" it is not that desirable of an area anymore. Where in live now in Tennessee was pretty much all white growing up. It was rare to see a non-white kid in class. Now, they are migrating over in these areas now.

... you have to remember I was born and raised mostly in East TN. If you leave certain areas, let's say Farragut, you enter a whole new realm of culture. Very poor and redneck-like in most rural Tennessee. Full of meth, opioid abusers, and poverty.

The schools in Gatlinburg have some nice facilities- one of the best high school football stadiums I've ever seen, and the local rec center is great too, especially the pool. Taxes are low there because of all the tourism. Sevierville I did find really touristy.

I am from around Farragut, one of the supposedly richest, nicest areas in Tennessee. Oh, Cocke County? Lol... an absolute shithole. Pretty mountains though.

Like I said, I am from around Farragut. I would prefer a Farragut-type place. I have a loved one that lives in Johnson City. It is alright. Not a huge fan, but not super bad either.
