As a black girl is that a wis e idea? The entree complex is fulltime of old white people and i found an appartement but its that or homeless , i love with a friend now but he is always mean to me and not nice

We are talking about your personal well-being so it seems that a roof over your head is the priority. There little things that you can do such as flower pot out front and yard detail like planting bulbs that return every year. Let them see you planting AND share a handful if possible. If they immediately sense you care then you should be fine.

One thing you can do is not allow that "dick of a boyfriend" either on the premise or inside the property or staying over a night or moving in.

Chances of unintended discrimination and/or prejudice is higher, so it's not ideal. And your "friend" doesn't sound like one. As a temporary shelter, it'll have to do, though. Beggars can't be choosers and whatnot. But yeah, you'd probably be more comfortable elsewhere, so it would be wise work toward getting the funds you need to move out (which I'm sure you're already doing).

First off, your "friend" doesn't sound like much of a friend if he's mean to you.

Second, you should be fine but be careful. If they're older white people they might have prejudice mindset (some, not all!) And find ways to make you miserable or force you to move.
If I were you, before you move there walk around the neighborhood, meet some of the neighbors, and see how they interact or treat you. If you feel off or get a bad vibe, don't move there.
