I’d generally agree. Spot on that the New England states are among the best, but I’m biased there, haha. New Hampshire surprised me at #1. It’s definitely beautiful, and it is cheap, but here in Massachusetts, it’s kind of like our cousin that lives in a trailer park lmao, I guess folks from New Hampshire are kind of our hillbillies. It’s a little weird up there, and the people are a little weird, in my estimation, anyway. And if you like to “do stuff?” I wouldn’t recommend New Hampshire, it’s EXCEEDINGLY boring other than outdoorsy stuff. If you like to party, don’t go to NH, haha. Certainly not a “bad” place to live, but I don’t always love the people from there. Vermonters tend to be more chill in my experience, and I compare the two because they’re kind of sister-states in my eyes. I was also surprised to see Utah so high. I couldn’t do Utah because of the religious conservatism, I dodge that shit like I dodge the clap lmao. Mormons have WILD money from their people’s tithes though, so Salt Lake City is basically owned and built by the LDS church, from what I understand, and I’ve seen some of the architecture, it’s indeed well-done. But hyper-religious people of any sort are usually absolutely out of their fucking minds, lmfao, and in a way that touches other people’s lives too, so I just wouldn’t want to be in that environment.
Can confirm Massachusetts is an awesome place to live. Traffic sucks around Boston, that’s my biggest problem, and some of the old guard are pretty racist, which also obviously sucks, but as the country goes as a whole, there aren’t a lot of places I’d rather be.
Fucking hell, being "the best" in anything in the USA is like winning the retard Olympics.
You're just the best retard out there. Some would say, you've earned your disability checks.
What are the British the best at? Losing wars and asking for help? 😂

Yeah Arkansas freaking sucks, please don't move there you'll hate it. Spread the word that it sucks, maybe we can stop the inflow of all the poor, unsuspecting Californians and northerners.
The people seem so friendly and welcoming though.
Nope definitely not they are super rude
I was being sarcastic about the welcoming personalities. Being from California, I would probably buy some property there just as an income producer, not to move there myself. That whole southern corner has a lot of racism and lack of education keeping it down, but cheap real estate is a great investment. Prices always go up, and people have to pay rent to live somewhere.
But in the meantime, I make way more money living in California, and money goes a lot farther there, so it's a great place to invest in. I am always running into people who are looking for a bargain place to get real estate for rental income.
Yeah me and my mom are brown and she has an accent and we get harrassed all the time, so good call.

No Mass sucks just on tax rate alone and 7 months of black snow. New Hampshire even one's penis can get frostburned
As opposed to rain, extreme heat, cyclones. Snow isn't that bad
The south has real bad weather.
It does not... you obviously have never been there for extended time. It was 80 damn degrees at Thanksgiving and I've see Christmas at 90. Flowers in those areas bloom in January.
I'm very familiar Virginia to Georgia... you are dreaming... North Carolina in RDU area has the most PhD per Capita than anywhere in the WORLD. Silicon Valley of East Coast... International PHARMA-vaccine came from there. I've got rental property there and you could by 3 quads with money left over if I sold house in JP-Boston. Rents on 2/2 2000.00. Duke UNC NC State... Google, Apple, PHARMA, East Coast tech version of Silicon Valley, Amazon etc I am in/out of VA-Georgia corridor quite a bit...
90 is way too hot for comfort. That's what I mean by too hot.
Yeah pretty much. Obviously the metrics matter. Go by gdp? Or just local polling for how happy people are? All depends.
But i drive through the bible belt once a year and its all a shit hole.
I think he goes by gdp, Healthcare, quality of life, weather and a range of factors.
Nm has trash everywhere, but nice people. Minnesota is also really nice but the weather sucks major wang
New Mexico is a shithole
I don't agree with Washington at 4#
Seattle is an anarchist shithole.

Washington ranks as top state by a less-biased statistical standpoint: https://www.usnews.com/news/best-states/rankings
