this is a fallow up from a question I asked where do rights come from God or government everyone said government. So if that is the case if a women refuses to have she’s with a high end government official the government has the right to in prison or execute her correct?

Accounting to the idea that rights come from government Peng Shuai had no right to refuse Zhang Gaoli sexual advances. It’s correct for the government to make her disappear she’s probably dead she still hasn’t been found this story dropped very late 2021 she has yet to be found. But if right come from government, government has the right to rape its citizens and if they refuse arrest them and put them in concentration camps or kill them. This is what happens when government give out rights. Kind of tell me government shouldn’t exist at all if they have the right to do this kind of thing.

ladies imagine if you were Peng Shuai or living in a country like she lived in (she’s very likely dead). Luckily we live in a country for Western Europe and the United States and Australia mostly believe in a god and there right come from god otherwise government will do exactly what happened here. This kind of thing goes on in China all the time it’s a regular occurrence. If rights come from god the government has to right to do that kind of stuff and has lost the right o governor the people? If rights come from government Peng Shuai didn’t have the right to refuse sex with Zhang Gaoli and he had the right to executor for refusing his advice. I guess it’s similar, but there’s a difference between and individual asshole on the streets raping a women and a government official threading you with death if you don’t have sex with them. If you think about it the reason why the death penalty given to rapist is it does give them incentive for the women not to be murdered her rapist. The whole idea behind that is so no one has to die or 2 people doesn’t have to die. Rights only exist as long as they are upheld, as for their origin they come from neither God nor government, they came from innate human ethical ideas backed by human struggle against the tyranny of central power.
