Why can women weaponize the legal system to brutalize men? Is this fair?

For example, false accusations that can lead to loss of work, respect, or generally ruin a mans life. We have seen many stories of men losing their jobs, being kicked out of universities, or generally having their life set on fire because of a womans false accusations.

This can also be further exacerbated, when the woman uses these claims and further attack the man by using her friends (or supporters) against him. Lets pretend for example she frequents the local bar, and bartends there. I have known of stories (including mine) where she used her influence in the bar to further brutalize the man by sending her male supporters to threaten him.

OR the restraining orders that can be given easily and without proof in the form of "emergency restraining orders" and misused through constant continuations of court that limits a mans mobility regardless if he is at fault. This is due to it existing as a "protection" prior to the actual courting hearing. Sometimes a woman can destroy an entire year or more of a mans life just by asking for continuation and putting limitations on where he can go, or what we can do.

This is downright disgusting, and no doubt leads to nothing but hostility.

Sometimes women start wars and get other people killed. Um... because many hold spite and want to hurt the other person, because that's how they feel. If they feel bad, they want to give what they have and make the others sick too. Thats not all women, it's some. Legal system tends to believe them and view men as the hazard.

manipulative, easily deceived, cunning, emotionally charged but hormonally unstable, they can be dangerous in their weakness. One of mans jobs, is to keep them supported, loved, and more secure. For some, it's not an easy job.

All I can say is, be well aware and protect the woman... including from herself. I know a guy that was unlucky and abused by his wife.. she turned her whole family against him. Actually, more than one. Welcome to life... and one reason there's so many homeless men walking around. Not saying it's all womens fault, they have some responsibility and issues... but if it gives you more compassion for men down and out, then it's good to consider.

It was good to see a couple of cases rebound on universities which failed to give fair process. I have heard cases where a guy has been called by HR and interrogated on some incident he is given no inkling of what is alleged.

One of the most egregious happened in Western Australia. A woman wanted to be rid of her husband. She could have done a no fault divorce but she wanted to put him in jail. Possibly to get all of the assets.

She arranged for her friend to seduce him and just as he was about to ejaculate to tell him to stop. Of course he wasn't able to refrain from the final thrust. Technically he had raped her by not withdrawing immediately.

In time she confessed to the set up and he was pardoned. But he had still spent 5 years in jail.

Hell hath no fury... It is all part of the beast. Women evolved to avoid physical confrontation and to attack emotionally and do in intra sex competition with a girl who is a threat to them. I have noticed that when girls have a problem with each other the first thing they think of is to get the boys to take her side - especially her competitor's boyfriend.

Seems like the later is being used against you. If institutional power is given her then she will certainly use it. A UK girl bought a hammer to hit herself in the face with to substantiate her claim of being beaten.

In my case..
I was sleeping with my neighbor, and had a mental health crisis (diagnosed with over 6 different disorders). It was originally friendly, but she was clearly spreading BS about me at the bar, and even sent some of her friends prior to my crisis to threaten me. This is not to mention she started the relationship by trying to pursue me for about 6 months, until I finally gave in and developed a friendship with her. However, my mental health was in decline and I even warned her about it a few times. Yet her friends tried to pressure me into pursuing her and continuing the friendship. I think ultimately I was used.
In the process after having a mental health crisis I did damage to her vehicle, apologized, turned myself in, and offered to pay for all damages. It was an unfortunate situation, but I think I did everything right afterwards to make up for the situation.
However, she never accepted my offers to repair damage.

In return, she accused of of more than dozen different different false crimes, and has attempted to put a restraining order on me. In the process, she's had an emergency order she has continued over and over again, because she is clearly afraid of losing in court for false allegations.
In the process, she has threatened me, and instigated conflicts (even admitted by her within the restraining order plea), and sent her friends to harass, intimidate, and threaten me.
I might she admits in her plea that I offered to repair for damages, but never did... Probably because she never gave me estimates, and refused to communicate them with me.

It has created a mess, where I now have at least a half a dozen enemies in town, and have people stalk, threaten, and intimidate me (including her sometimes).
Yet she will beg in court for more time "to find a lawyer"
usually Emergency orders only last a month at month... by the time I return to court it will be nearly 6 months.
I will ask my lawyer if we can deny her (since she's has about 3 months to find a lawyer), and end this BS.

After I win, the power dynamics should shift, and I should be able to legally combat her and her friends more powerfully.

Which is as it should be. Civilised people don't threaten each other with violence, and the ones who do quite often go on to carry out those threats. We are living thou the consequences of a generation of girls raised as spoiled princesses by toxic feminist.
Such women can't or won't tell the difference between their feelings and an actual problem. To them the problem is their feelings as if anyone else in the world could control that.

I Know exactly what your talking about sadly.
Thou I managed to avoid such a legal situation by carefully avoiding nearly all women except those few on which I had enough indirect clues to believe they were not that crazy.

I have not avoided the almost inevitability of running into a woman with this toxicly entitled attitude. It is a nightmare using all of my knowledge of psychology in the ultimately futile effort to try and control the emotions they refuse to take responsibility for.
