What could they do better in season 2?

what are some things in your opinion that the producers of the tv-show "The Hearings" could do to make it seem more realistic/ more like real legal proceedings? (Think judge Judy etc.)

In my opinion the biggest difference between "The Hearings" (season 1) and a real legal process is that they allow so much hearsay and that "surprise witnesses" pop out of the woodwork.

I'm aware that some of the prices that the actors in "The Hearings" can win are quite substantial, such as reduced or dropped prison sentences, essentially for those who were present on January 6th (the broken window at the Capitol)

Maybe call all relevant witnesses instead of just the ones that suit their narrative. Why wouldn’t they have called the SSA and driver that Drumpf supposedly attacked?

I have to agree, surprise witnesses and illegal evidence does sound more like a TV show then some thing that’s meant to be taken seriously.

Well of course!! It is a tv show, dear. Judge Judy etc. Is also kinda serious. But at the end of the day, they are just tv shows. I haven't yet had time to watch an episode of "The Hearings" but maybe when they air season 2 I'll get a Chance. I must admit that I do watch relatively little reality TV thou...
