I don’t think anyone who could ask this question fully understands even a basic overview of Russian history. They don’t do peaceful surrender while even one fighter still has the ability to carry on, no matter how many bodies stack up in the process. If I could point you in a specific direction, check out Stalingrad or other eastern front battles during World War II to give you even a baseline from which to start reaching back further into Russian history.
