I think it was just a whole thing done to try to make Biden look good, especially on the international scene, since he's been doing such a bad job. Nobody even gives a shit about al-Qaeda anymore, and I doubt they've even been plotting to do anything to the U. S. or anybody else.

Just like Bush and Obama knew where bin Laden was the whole time, I'm sure Biden's crew knew Al-Zawahiri was there the whole time too, they just decided now to kill him as a political publicity stunt. What do you guys think?

No. I think the taliban made a deal with US intelligence services.

Biden did not kill this man or have anything really to do with his assaination, this man helped plan attacks on the US predating 9/11 that's an automatic death sentence, just like General Gaddafi was eventually got for the Lockerbie bombing, we made him feel safe and secure and that we were friends and allies, a year later he's getting dragged through the streets by his own people, the ys government did that. Biden is more than happy to claim this as his own and basque in the glory though had little or nothing to do with it.

Another example is Nancy Pelosi going to Taiwan, it was no big deal really everything that was planned out and decided was already done by diplomats, Admirals, generals, inteligence heads and civil servants and she was just brought in to rubber stamp it and of course she's up for reelection in November so she's more than happy to basque in the glory of a successful US negotiation and be seen talking tough to China.

So what? The terrorists have won. They saw what happened with Vietnam: all the division, the billions of dollars wasted, the humiliation, the rise of shady, hardline politicians such as Nixon...

They re-created all of it by drawing the US into another stupid, costly, divisive war (war on terror and Iraq). They knew that, both americans and their leaders, are usually cocksure idiots who are all about showing strenght and not so much about being clever.

So congrats, you walked right into the terrorist's trap and you haven't even realized it yet. All the americans have done since 9/11 is slowly divide themselves between an imaginary left and right, over all the issues raised by homeland security; war on terror; islamic extremism; governement-sanctionned torture; surveillance; political radicalization; etc...

Those tensions were already there before 9/11, of course. They just poured fuel on the embers and watched the fire getting out of control. That's how you bring an empire down from within.

You'd have a very hard time convincing anyone that Biden, the same guy who told Obama he shouldn't take out bin-Laden in Pakistan, has suddenly decided to be tough on foreign terrorists, particularly ones that weren't all that well known or relevant. He probably didn't even know what was happening when or if he signed off on the attack.

Also having been involved in CT operations in the middle east, it's entirely possible the US is just taking credit for something someone else did in order to make ourselves look good and hide an ally's involvement, which happens quite a bit. It is incredibly easy to fabricate details especially when it's a drone strike rather than a ground team that takes someone out, and almost impossible (as well as mostly pointless and certainly not worth the effort 99% of the time) for the independent news sources to investigate.

Good riddance regardless though. It certainly isn't a loss for this administration.

I'm a bit peed off that it wasn't me who dobbed him in and got the 25 million dollar prize.

However, he's not dead. He'll be in Gitmo with his boyfriend, Bin Laden. They're not gonna pay out that much money, only to go and kill their target. They'll have sent someone in to nab him, and place a dead body in his house. The drone strike will have been requested once extraction took place.

He’s not dead, the US military has claimed they’ve killed him numerous times before. It’s just leverage against the taliban negotiations in Afghanistan even though the taliban is funded and has always been funded by America.
