I'm not in favour of spending taxpayers' money to boost LGBT issues in the United States, in my own country or anywhere else. LGBT communities should pay for themselves regardless.
Taxpayer's money should be spent to benefit all taxpayers or benefit society as a whole. LGBT communities should pay for themselves, just like any church should pay for itself like any political party should pay for itself like essentially any interest group should pay for itself.
Helping this kind of minority in foreign countries could be a foreign policy decision, but again, I am not in favour of this as a foreign policy either. Obviously, I do not care much about what the United States of America does, but for my own country, I prefer if we didn't support such things.

Well, obviously it should be used to help US citizens rather than money laundering it to favored NGOs to ostensibly interfere in other countries' affairs. LGBT whatever they are called are terrible people because of the way they attack the system and clearly hate the country in every way. They don't deserve to live in the United States.
