For the record I don’t think everything would be all fine and dandy if Trump got re-elected. But I have no doubt he had superior economic policy compared to any democrat. That’s actually the very reason I voted for him back in 2016 and he didn’t disappoint. He’s a businessman and understands markets and enterprise.

I predicted that Biden would screw everything up back in 2020 given he has been a lifelong public servant and no grasp on how economics really work. I really hate that my prediction came true.

America wouldn’t have suffered astronomical inflation and recession because we wouldn’t have shut down the economy. Although Trump will have a lot of work to do with the 30+ million illegals the democrats brought in, as well as the massive spending that went towards Ukraine will probably put our country in debt for 20 years.

It would objectively be in a worse situation. Not that Joe Biden is doing a particularly good job, he is not. But Trump was actively harming the economy. I really dont get people who talk about Trumps economic policies since that man literally did not have a single policy at all. He said he did, but he never actually did anything.
