Do you think USA play game theory?

I dont like game but they always play. Dont you think if you are not like the person they lock but they play it you become like it they lock even you are not but they think you are somelevel 1-10 but they dont care if you are 2

This is asked in such a confusing way.

Game theory is a simplified way to explain how when many people pursue a goal, their actions change the outcome of results that are linked together. Often in a way no one wants or intends.

It then tries to rationalise and logically explain it, incentive, risk and more.

As an economical concept, and a psychological concept, it can be applied to many parts of society and its systems. If it could not it would hold no value.

Because it can be applied to explain many things it is of course also reasonable to say that any country uses it.

Consider the simple situation of a military. If we all choose to not have one, that is ideal for all of us. But it relies on mutual trust.
If some of us choose not to and some have one, that creates a power-inequality and risk. Only a few countries go this path.
If everyone has one it creates an awkward constant expenditure, risk and global uncertainty that no one outside of perhaps military manufacturing companies desire. This is technically a horrible choice but nearly all of us understand that it is the most reasonable. Yet it is also game theory, at a national and global scale.

So sure. It exists in the USA.

The "prisoners dilemma" model is so well known it's almost pointless using it because all moves are predictable. Where it gets complex is when you have several players each assigning different values and you end up with a more tangled layered game.
