If you lived to be 123 , would you be lucky or cursed?

I can see both as answers. Death is scary but you would be all alone is not great either. Organ failure is not good either. Mobility would be harder. lets be honest , you would be around the house mostly. You could not drive and would get tired walking going very far. You would probably be on a late show as a guest.

The Green Mile movie makes you think about it.

What is the age you would like to live to? Remember health field is always making improvements for a better life.

Cursed , no family members would still be alive and all friends would be dead, and you would be physically in bad shape

Lucky , by seeing all the new technology and you have better chance to see Jesus return

Depends on your outlook on life and how well you take care of yourself. Yes it would sad to see love ones pass before you, but living a long life really is unique and a blessing. I'm hearing young people say they don't even want to reach their 30s, they want to die young and find it incredibly sad.

The USA 🇺🇸 and other parts of the world 🌍 make it scarey to be alive anymore. Everyday things we never had to worry about are worrying us everyday now. There's no peace anymore, just a lot of unrest. ☮️

Honestly, It will be surprising if you actually did survive until this age, Maybe it will be more common as Technology advances, but as of 2022, it is pretty much close to impossible, Let's say you did manage to survive this far.

You will have many problems with your health, like your Organs won't be able to heal as fast as before, let alone work at all, heart disease is VERY common, a small infection like a common bacteria can easily end you.,

if you did somehow overcome the health problems, which is most of the problems at this age, you will have another problem on your poor fragile back:

Friends and family, if you did not know already, they will most likely be dead, leaving you in a possibly depressive state, so it is not very enjoyable to live this long, better just live a good life until 80 or 90 and avoid most of the trouble

Cursed. In this actual real timeline, I wasn't even supposed to live past 24. I'm 11 years now past my "afterlife." I can't say when I'd like to die, but I at least want to take a commercial space flight to the moon before I kick the bucket. (Assuming humanity ever advances that far; it ain't looking too good...)

Depends on the health. Most people who live past 100 are active. They don’t sit at home. I think by 100 years old your brain and organ health are in such a decline that you are extremely fragile. One accident could kill you.

the only good thing would be to see your great great grandchildren. Can you imagine seeing 5-6 generations of your own family? That would be insane.

I think it depends on how My body manages. I wouldn't want to be 123 with a severe case of arthritis, tone deaf in one ear, practically blind, inability to be mobile

I am imagining the more likely scanario of seeing your kids and your loved ones all pass away and keep leaving the pain.

From a religious perspective, the more you live, the more time you get to collect sins; and hence the harsher time in front of God accepting everything on judgement day.

100% depends upon quality of life.
Ex: developing an incurable and debilitating illness at age 85 and then hanging on for rest of the years would be a curse. On the other hand, maintaining mental faculties (sharpness) and reasonable amount of fitness (being able to get around by self) would be a blessing.

I sincerely think I’d prefer to die at 70 while being healthy than living until such age maybe for 30 years in a bed or managing to life another day after the other drugging me with pills and medicals.
