There is no "hoax".

Trump was investigated for Russian collusion. He was exonerated by Mueller who then said, he was guilty of obstruction of justice. But because he was a sitting President, he could not indict him.

He is still being investigated for tax crimes in New York, though he will probably get off, because Weisenberg will not cooperate with the investigation. But Weisenberg will go to jail. Not sure how that is lying but whatever.

He is being sued by the officers who were beaten up at the January 6th riot. It has already been proven again and again, that he knew he was the only person who could call your violent brood off. And when he told them to go home, they did. . . six hours after they invaded the Capitol.

We just learned that he is being investigated by the FBI for violating the Espionage Act. Up until the search warrant was revealed, this was simply a search and seizure of government documents. It was trump himself who revealed that the FBI was at his property. . . that's the only way we learned that the FBI was investigating him. Because it prompted Garland to release the search warrant. It is hilarious that the orange turd thought it was would favor him to bitch about the FBI. When they responded by showing everyone exactly what they showed the judge.

Then in the most serious case, Georgia is investigating him for setting up fake electors for the state and intimidating officials into declaring him the winner. Giuliani is testifying today before a Grand Jury. It is almost certain that he will go to jail at least for lying to state congressmen. And if Rudy flips Trump will be implicated.

Mueller never found him guilty of obstruction. Mueller never said he would have found him guilty of obstruction if he wasn't president. He made that clear in an opening statement before he testified before the Senate judiciary committee.

He said there is no such thing "collusion being a crime". He looked for a criminal conspiracy involving Russia. Of that, he could find no evidence. But he said, Trump repeatedly tried to obstruct his investigation and succeeded in several areas. That's why he said he could indict Trump for obstruction.

If you investigate a mob for for tax evasion, but they successfully intimidate witnesses, hide/destroy evidence or use their power/influence to derail the investigation, that is obstruction. And it must be prosecuted, because any politician can use the power of their office to avoid the law.

As of February 2022, the DOJ lost the ability to bring an obstruction case against Trump for obstruction. They would have had to gather all of the documents from the Mueller probe, then build the freaking case from scratch to charge Trump. When Barr had all the information in front of him right then and there.

That's why Trump wanted Barr. He knew Barr would cover for him.

All of that is water under the bridge. But you are so far off on this stupid tangent, it is five miles past crazy. My point was this investigation was not made up. It was a legitimate investigation that reached the conclusion Trump could be indicted after he left office.
