That would be in July next year, when the current commissioner's term will end. It's not a publicly elected position, the provincial president and the regional president have to impart the duty on the person. The minimum age is 25, and the position, while nominally under the control of the provincial president, is actually independent in its powers - the president has a representative value, while the commissioner has executive power.

I initially wanted to just be mayor, but then I realized I want to do more and dedicate my life to a wider territory and at the service of more people.
