The existence of quotas implies that the enforcers do not believe the people to whom those quarters are applicable to our capable of competence or achievement without legislatively enforced white saviors doing it for them. This is BS.

For the record I don’t think quota system should exist. Any school or business willing to give up customers for no good reason and deal with related social fallout doesn’t deserve to succeed. And any public service position with a leadership team which would rather pander then fulfill its mandate should not be allowed to do so.

Quotas are racist against Whites and against the race they give preferential treatment to.

1. It is racist against Whites because they are being treated worse due to their race, often being denied employment, promotions, etc. when they are the more qualified candidate.

2. it is racist towards the group getting preferential treatment because a quota is basically saying that they are incapable of achieving something on their own without an unfair handout.

But they still exist. And it is funny that you only see "White" saviours promoting unqualified non-"Whites", but not "White" racists promoting "White" folks who have no business running anything.

Are there white quarters now? If not, why would you as a business owner hire anybody that isn’t going to benefit your company? That doesn’t make financial sense, at least to someone who isn’t aware of any other modifying factors.

How did I survive Covid? I only got it recently. And the strain I had was mild. During the pandemic, I got a sinus infection. I was down for a month. But it wasn't Covid.

@Sixgunsound You know of a group of "Whites" going into a non-"White" community and revitalizing it? Because I don't. I do know they move non-"Whites" out. I know of a city where non-"Whites" used to live just south of downtown. A bunch of poor ones.

They are all gone now.

If you have a perfect hiring record. . . something is wrong with your business. I learned this 25 years ago when I worked for Comdisco.

I don’t mean you personally survived it I didn’t know you had it. Since lots of people I k ow at least identify with their business I meant you as in your company. No I don’t have a perfect hiring record, but the industry I was a branch operations manager in expects a lot of turnover. I guess we need to establish a definition of revitalization because we have vastly different experiences and memories. I’m interested in carrying on this conversation because I’d like to learn more about what you are referring to.

Oh! My business. Man, I had to lay off so much staff. I mean it was horrible. I only have two guys left and a consultant. I posted in this thread about it. I was almost at the end of my rope. I was ready to retire, pack up everything, then move to Las Vegas.

But then early last year things began to change.

I’m glad you were able to turn it around. You must have done something right that so many other businesses which haven’t survived recently did not.

I didn't do anything. My biggest client had an expansion in business. So I was able to stay afloat. We actually were in negotiations to move them to a managed service. Because they had no prospects.

If you helped them get to a point they could expand that’s awesome! The country needs more people like you helping keep the American small to medium business dream alive.

@Sixgunsound But again, I didn't. They had an expansion in business. They are forecast to hire another 150 or so for headcount. I am going to have to construct the plan to support the new staff.

I think I can get an additional two out of the deal. They trust me. It is a good arrangement.

That wasn’t the motive or the selling point. The motive was to consolidate political power. The sell was a mix of playing on guilt through the application of critical theory and propaganda to the effect that the quotas would be temporary and would solve all racial problems in 30 years. That was obviously not true.
