Yes diversity quotas are forced diversity and I disagree with leftists who claims otherwise

No, diversity quotas are not forced diversity, and if for example the quotas for LGBT people in a tv show was replaced with a quota for people expressing pro Republican opinions it would not be forced in my opinion and I disagree with anyone who would feel it is. Go Republicans!

Ffs the entire point of Diversity Equality Inclusion initiatives is because we live in a society with heavy, HEAVY roots in white supremacy, meaning lots of people have subconscious biases towards specific groups of people that they have no control or awareness of so these initiatives fight back against that to make sure the hiring process is 100% fair and equal. That’s it.

I mean it’s funny because people will find any excuse to be against diversity. “Forced diversity” maybe people just want people from different backgrounds and life experiences.
