Yes I support forced diversity, for example forcing leftists to hire openly right wing people or making it obligatory for leftists on G@G to diversify their posts by posting support of Right wing opinions

No, force is just the layman’s term for fascist. It also only addresses half of the issue. If participants aren’t given the qualifications to succeed, then forcing them into any given program or organization is setting everyone up for failure.
If there is a documented problem with diversity in any state funded program, incentives are the solution, not requirements. It allows people and organizations to still select based off of merit while benefiting from incentive programs, or possibly give an advantage to their competitors.

I support diversity as a whole and for there to be social consequences when someone tries to force someone away from diversity. For example, the current push from right wing Christians to eliminate abortion rights or gay marriage.
