Your example is not forced diversity.

A better example would be ensuring that a part of your user base are republican to give them better representation on an all democratic website. Not ensuring that your users have to give 95% of their answers in republican views, and in that, I am fine with.

Nobody should be caught in an echo chamber. They should experience multiple points of view from those who have different backgrounds. This is why diversity in the workplace/school is a great thing.

No, as it's not a thing. When they talk "diversity" what they mean is "acceptance of different from the status quo". So for a Black owned company it means being White or Jewish is not going to be held against you.

End of the day, the purpose of a company is to make money. All the diversity horseshit is just to keep the politicians happy.
