The real reasons guys fail in family law courts are cheeping out, and getting a shit lawyer.

There are good reasons why good lawyers cost more. Nearly any idiot can be a lawyer, but it's getting those pearls of wisdom and loopholes that separate the real from the pretenders that can mean a successful or thrown out case.

80% of lawyers are just dump truck lawyers. They'll happily take your money, for the little work they will do to dump you at the judges mercy.

The current elite draw much of their power from college educated women, so many institutions are feminized and geared toward women. The huge amount of flexibility given to judges in family law, while women statistically fare much better than men in terms of judgments and sentencing in all of the courts, keeps men at a disadvantage.

Many men, including many Judges and lawyers, are heavily biased in favor of women to the detriment of men. We call these people "white knights" for their propensity to take women's side in any dispute and this is most evident in family law courts where women almost always prevail.
