Being in of itself is not a standard of beauty.. Having some physical traits like lighter eyes, and Long flowing hair and smooth lighter mid brown skin is something anybody can have..

The US is a pretty diverse place. If you polled a representative sample in accordance with the demographics of the US, I am quite certain you wouldn't find all racial and ethnic groups saying that.

I've always been told beauty is in the eye of the beholder. Although I do think there are objective measures, usually reflecting some kind of health, that most people tend to look for all of it really is in your brain not your eye.
