Trump made it a practice of declassifying everything he took out of the White House. I don't know if he knew the democrats were going to pull this shit but it is the law that the President has the right to declassify anything he wants to.

The search warrant affidavit was released today. Did you read it? A federal judge determined the documents were NOT declassified. Even if they were they are Defense Department documents belonging to the Department of Defense and not to some dude who things he's still president.
