The closest I can think of would be rights under time immemorial I. e. rights that have existed pre 1189 A. D. in reality rights are scattered throughout the legal framework or there's an assumption unless it can be shown no right exists

I’m not sure why you mean by natural rights. Rights are granted by whoever has power. This is true for us as well as for all living beings.

What I mean with the question is what rights are natural and shouldn't even be argued about. Like the right to a home as we as an animal do need shelter from the outside and our instincts Tell us to build a home or shelter against the Elements. So everyone should have a home to live in.

What wouldn't be a Natural right is the right to abortion as abortion is a social construct created by people who don't want children.
