In a lot of ways they have become a protected class. So yes they have. Sad thing about it is that a lot of them have become weaker people. Because like many communities they have become so wrapped in tribalism that members the community are unable to stand on their own and turn against members of their community that do. Also thinking for someones self is quickly becoming rare.
They have gained unwarranted privilege in the media and they also manipulate political institutions in ways which really aren't very appropriate.
They shouldn't be discriminated against, but there is now a cogent case to be made that the heterosexual majority have the right to start pushing back against some of their excessive demands.
I try to stay away from questions about the alphabet people. It only causes them to call me names on here. They can get really rude with what they say, and they hide behind being Anonymous.
calling them "the alphabet people" can be seen as rude and condescending... in the first place, lol
@NathanDavis I really don't care what I call them! They are rude to me on this website. Plus there are over 20 different sexualities, it's just easier to say alphabet people. I don't care if they dislike it or not. They're the ones that keep adding letters to identify what sex they are not me!
oh yes, I know that...
being rude and condescending comes in part from being absolutely careless about people that are not like you
I am just pointing out that you are also part of the problem you are complaining about right here, and that is a bit ironic
@NathanDavis see, I am right. Because of what you just said to me, you are starting shit with me. See, it's just best not to get tangled up with you guys!
" you guys " lol...
Guys, I know that this is so nerve wrecking haha. But be polite as best as you can without to start any fights :(
don't worry... I didn't start any fight
I just pointed out how, we can all be part of the problem when we refuse to acknowledge the effects of our own actions
but you know, when we just do not want to see, we blind ourselves
For all I care they can be cats or cakegender or wear diapers all they want...
... at home behind closed doors
When I'm forced to hear about it is when I stop being tolerant

Of course- the fact that you had to put an entire disclaimer to stem the mob from destroying you from daring to say anything less than flattering is telling.
Less discrimination and more acceptance is what is needed. They shouldn’t be treated special with more privilege
When has it not had it?
The "hatred" is around it get too much protection, despite it being nothing at all to protect.
Depends on location really. They’re generally accepted but anywhere else they’re subject to beating or death.
A lot more then they should
More like a plague
