What do I need to have a tax document prepared by another service?

I need to have a tax return from last year signed off on for a lease that I prepared with turbo tax. Unfortunately there is only an HR block near me and no other CPA places. They are able to prepare the return again. Will they just copy the info from the one I have?

Tax preparers are going to want to see the original documents (W2s, 1099, etc.) that were used to do the return on TurboTax. But I don't see why the return you already completed isn't sufficient.

And are you sure that you have to provide the landlord with a tax return? That sounds very fishy, especially one prepared by a paid preparer. If so, you may want to rethink renting from them.
