Why do everyone keep saying social media is fake so don't be sad?

How is it fake when I actually see guys with hottest women, and i see best women in the world and i see their cars or lifestyle and i got nothing in this fucking world. They are actual human and things. So ofc i will be jealous and social media will make me feel bad.

When people say that social media is fake, here is what they mean:

The posts you see on Facebook, Instagram, etc. only include the "Good" stuff about the life of that person. It gives you a false impression that they are living the perfect life. That there is not a single struggle they ever experience. But no one's life is perfect. They still have fights with their partners, they still have ordinary problems whether it's with finances or health, and more. Why would someone posts negative parts of their life for others to see? They want to impress others by sharing the good stuff. It's like a competition. More clicks, more likes, more shares.

Coz it is fake, I used to have a fb account and I came across thousands of fake account every week. They were scammers info thieves etc etc bad kinda people so yeah I deleted my account and Never going back
