Is it correct to call someone who is not a member of a terrorist organization but supports the organization a terrorist?

I'd say they could be called terroristic. Anyone that invokes terror can be called a terrorist so openly saying things like " I hope BLANK does do those things to them" could be seen as invoking terror and therfore a terrorist, or at least an extremist like other have said, maybe a radicalist too.

specifically, a supporter. Active support is prosecutable. Tacit support is helpful to the terrorist organization and hard to prove in court.

if they don’t take part in actually carrying out the criminal/terrorist act then they’re not a terrorist. Then it comes down to “conspiracy to commit” and being an accomplice.
