Should we go based off exceptions or generalities?

For instance if someome states that generally men are much stronger than women. One person will use an exception and say that they seen a women that beats up men or can challenge men to try and disprove the general opinion. Which one is more important

Neither are correct. While it's true to say the average male strength is greater than the average female strength it's wrong to not acknowledge there's a lot of overlap between the two bell curves. It's not just a case of pointing our a couple of female weightlifter the fact is both sides have strong and weak people and we have to accept there's a lot of guys out there who are weaker than the average female.
What it really boils down to is if you want to hire someone to lift heavy stuff ask them to pick something up, don't assume their genitals are an indicator of ability

No far from it. What I'm saying is don't judge the individual of either sex by the average of the group.

But one exception doesn't automatically mean that MOST can do the same thing

If you take a woman who has been lifting heavy weights for years she can beat every guy who's a soyboy and has never touched a weight in his life. If you take that same woman and let her face off against a man who has been lifting all his life then that woman will lose in seconds.

Not a single woman will be able to beat Halfthor or Eddie in lifting weights.
