What happened to the old employees?

Usually, I see the same employees at a grocery store. Then, few months later. They got new employees, and I barely see any old employees.

Oh well they change them out every four months, otherwise they start to spoil. Climate control helps, but if you let them sit around too long before you know it they start leaking all over the place.

There’s a lot of turn over in low paying jobs, why would someone want to stay?
