He is CLEARLY not the one running the country. Perhaps that's true for every president that has ever lived, but Biden makes it absolutely obvious that he doesn't make ANY of the decisions. He's basically just placeholder... a very WEAK looking placeholder.

I understand why people don't like Donald Trump, but the whole reason Joe Biden won the election was because people hated Trump. And that's basically it. The most votes in all of US history goes to a man that isn't qualified for a leadership role, but because he wasn't as mean and controversial as the last guy.
