I am not super surprised because of course she was 96 years old, however I did expect her to have a longer reign then Louie XIV who had 2 more years then her.

I feel like King Charles III will be a downgrade from his mother and I think some countries may leave the commonwealth.

There are two things I cannot stand watching on television.

1. Stories about weather disasters and;

2. Endless stories about dead celebrities that go on and on and on for days and weeks.

Thousands of people in the inner cities of America are murdering each other at a rate that has never happened before as our cities have become a lawless wasteland. Where are the stories about THAT? CRICKETS!

I hope this doesn’t come off as unsympathetic to her death but I think of the question I asking after her platinum jubilee about surpassing Louie XIVs reign.

Louie XIV is still the one with the longest reign in European history.

No one will challenge that in this age.

Charles is 70, William is 40 probably around 50-55 by the time he becomes king, and George will probably be 40-50 if his dad lives as long as the Queen.

Unless there is a significant increase in lifespans no one in this century will come close to the number of years Louie XIV had to reign.
