Yes they will and it'll be interesting to see how many slip and still sing God save the queen. In practice the different uk sing their own anthems, England sings Jerusalem, Scotland has flower of Scotland and Wales has Mae hen wlad fy nhadau (old land of my fathers).
England used to sing land of hope and glory but that was dropped after being fact checked.

Yep, it automatically changes, God Save The King is the new National anthem.

That's how it works, when there's a queen it's "God Save The Queen" when there's a king it's "God Save The King".
