Is it just me or do neurotypical people generally shy away from "simple" terms like "mean" or "bad person"?

I am autistic myself. I hear my fellow autistic participants referring to rude people as "a bad person (bad people)", "mean", "a bully", et cetera. Rarely do I hear clients refer to people as more vulgar words like "jerk", "dickhead", "asshole", or even some technically-polite terms like "nasty" or "disgusting" or "racist".

I NEVER hear non-autistic people or read their tweets calling someone "a mean person".
