Why dont we haver Asian ariel? ? no Asian represented?

The live action remake with Ariel being black is nothing more than a re-telling of the same story, with maybe only minor changes.

A realistic telling of the Little Mermaid with Ariel being Asian would unfold much differently. She would be swimming around minding her own business, then end up with a hook in her mouth. She'd be hauled to the surface and end up flopping around on the deck of an Asian fishing boat. The Asian crew would harvest that portion of meat considered fit for human consumption, and that part of Ariel would be served up to restaurant patrons as either sushi or some other form of seafood. The rest would be ground and processed into wet cat food, and fed to needy cats.

Ariel might have a tragic ending, but the story ends happily with people and cats getting to eat.

When hans christian Anderson wrote the book, his version was a redheaded blue eyed mermaid... In no shape way or form was ariel Asian or black... The reason you don't have an Asian mermaid is because nobody wrote about an Asian mermaid.. Technically she shouldn't be black either.
There is nothing stopping you writing your own mermaid story with Asians in it..

There shouldn't be replacing white people from their own culture and foke law. White culture is diversified into everyones culture. POC culture remains so and is never to be appropriated there fore whites have no culture and should be grateful for the cultural enrichment that diversity brings.

Asian women are the minority that doesn't get as much representation because they're too pretty. White woman jealousy has kept them out of leading roles in American movies forever.
