I think it only really works well for those who already have a large following on other platforms. Because from what I understand, there’s no search function so you have to bring in your own fan base that’s you’ve already establish. So if you’re a nobody, even if you’re hot, it’s going to be difficult to make decent money.

I agree and it is "only" going to get worse in the next year. As the rcession deepens into a full blown depression by mid-term next president and eventual stagflation 5 -6 years from now... there's not going to be the pocket money available for this OF to last.
