Why is it acceptable for women to ask men their height (not a choice), but men can't ask about weight/body type (99% of times is choice)?

It is a double standard, and I say it is not "unacceptable" to ask a woman her weight. Who's gonna stop me? An armed lady cop maybe? I'd ask that fat pug her weight, too! Then cite the First Amendment.

Anyway, some hypocritical women try to say that "height isn't embarrassing to men, but weight is" even though height usually IS embarrassing to short men (about as much as weight it is to overweight women). My height is VERY embarrassing to me! Of course, these women fail to realize that men care about a woman's weight as much as women care about a man's height, so yes, they are indeed comparable and equally potentially embarrassing to discuss. So their logic is flawed.

My sh*tty-ass, f*cking, manlet height is 180 cm, by the way. No need to ask me now.

Because guys talk to other guys about height all the time. Not so much about weight. It's not a double standard if you understand the subject being asked.

Asking someone their height isn't always a bad thing. If i ask I'm just trying to see where I would be if I stood next to him.

They are double standards, but women claim that weight shouldn't matter. They don't claim that height shouldn't, because it does, despite the fact that weight is changable while height isn't.
