To be more clear, I want to know what comments about your looks, body, dress, or anything about you are off-limits. So that you don't get offended and guys can fearlessly compliment if they feel like it.

What comments and also what are the indications when a girl is in the mood to hear them and when she is not?

I was just reading about the negative implications of the #metoo movement. It's just as if men should completely isolate themselves from women anywhere applicable, to avoid ruining their life.

I mean, that comment about Aziz Ansari was a bit far-fetched (really far-fetched I think personally). I just didn't know what to think after that, after reading the this article.

This is going to sound horrible but I’m not offended by compliments from men close in age... men in their 20s to mid 30s. But if he’s the boss or old enough to be my parent 40+, then it comes across as him being a creep. I’ll ask him to stop and if he persists then things may get out of hand. This doesn't just go for the workplace but outside of work too. It creeps me out when old men hit on me. Now on GaG, i may let it slide but in person, I dont give old men the time of day and dont play that

It depends on the situation doesn’t it! How are we meant to answer this?
Compliments should always be appropriate for the situation. ie. You’re at a special occasion, and see a guest you know, you could say hello, and that they look stunning today.
You wouldn’t say this at work, or on the street, or to a woman serving in a shop would you.
Any compliment which is out of context isn’t a good idea.

I don't flirt or compliment women while they are doing their job/work/business

especially when I am the boss... lol
