Girls, Would you consider it sexist to completely ban any interaction with the opposite sex at work?

By that i mean men and women work in completely different buildings and if the Manager/Ceo is male he can only give his female employees instructions via text

I would call this more discriminatory than sexist. They are giving an unfair advantage to one group of people over the other. There could be mild levels of sexism going on in the sense that they don’t care that it is affecting the women, where as they would care if it was affecting the men. However, that is more a sexist attitude, where as I feel the act in itself is not sexist.

I wouldn't say it's sexist, it's just stupid. Men and women should be able to work together and to support each other.

That is what happens in third world patriarchal countries. It never ends in a good way. Men and women see each other as forbidden and something they want to try leading to rapes and awkwardness between each other
