Would it be sexist to you if use a gender inclusive pronouns for everyone?

People with a French background

He-(il/ils) addressing everyone with the majority male? Of a group.
Maybe she-(elle/elles) when there’s a substantial numbers of female, when female is not quiet a minority? Of a group.

To the people with a French background, do you tend to use the plural inclusive pronouns even when speaking English sometime? Not in public..!

To the people with English background;

If someone where to say He/she talking about something and people you’ll tend to think it’s singular person right?
Without knowing it was a “They”, what would you think of it if you ever get to understand?

Saying that freely these day, you’ll be called a sexist.
