No. Some stereotypes do have some truth to them, the tricky thing is though, you can never generalize all people, so even if there is a stereotype that works for a lot of men or a lot of women, I would never demand a man or woman fit that stereotype because they can definitely deviate from that stereotype.

Everyone does to some degree but I guess it's about understanding that and ensuring not to make silly statements based on it

I am not sure if I understand the question. Do you mean All women... All men... or All the made up new genders ARE etc...
