Is it sexist to not hire women?

Women cross the street when they see a man. The man isn't given a chance to prove he's harmless because women would rather not take the risk. I don't blame them and tell the women I love to do the same thing. It isn't fair to good men but it's understandable.

Shouldn't the same logic apply when a man doesn't want to risk women ruining his business seeing as they create the most problems in the work place? It isn't fair to the women who don't start problems but it's understandable.

You don't have to tell me it's illegal. I already know that.

MisterWack's argument was women never create problems and he believes most male employees sexually assault their female coworkers. He deleted my reply so I deleted his opinion. That's all you missed. Nothing interesting.

The "women are wonderful" effect is not a good argument. a lot of women don't even like working or being around women.
