I don't really care about the sex of my boss. As long as they're a good boss, that's what matters.

I've worked in a grocery store where my boss was a woman, and she was a really great boss.

Where I work now, my leader is a woman and she's great as well. - and my boss is a man, think he's good at his job, though he's very hard to reach and stuff.

I don't think that's a universal opinion. I've known women who disliked working for a woman boss, women who disliked working for a man boss, and women who didn't like working for any kind of boss.
